VISIT TO TENNANT'S AUCTIONEERS, LEYBURN

BRING A FRIEND FOR A GREAT DAY OUT!

A rare opportunity to take a look behind the scenes with David Tennant owner of this prestigious Auction House. A full day coach-trip which includes a sit down knife and fork lunch.

Come with us and have an enjoyable, sociable, interesting and informative day out!

Our coach travel is with J.A.K. TRAVEL LTD based at Sandbeds, Keighley. The coach will leave the depot at 9.00.  Because there is limited parking at the depot, please let us know if you want to leave your car there. It might be possible for you to car-share with someone else.

Pick up points.  09.20.  Shipley (opposite Costa Coffee)

                          09.30   White Cross (Magnet Joinery)       

                          09.40.  Kirklands, Menston

 

We will be leaving Leyburn at approximately 16.00 and dropping off Members at the Pick-up points where they joined the coach.

Due to arrive J.A.K. depot approximately 17.30

 

 

 

Tea and coffee upon arrival followed by a Welcome and Introduction

12.30 approx. Lunch will be served

13.30 Behind the scenes tour with a discussion about the current exhibitions and forthcoming sales, then a talk from the Art Specialist about the paintings which are coming up for in the next auction.  Learn what auctioneers are looking for when deciding on the value of an object.

15.30. Tea, coffee and scones round off the day before we depart at 4pm

The cost of the visit, which includes a tip for our driver, is £44.
